Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information: a display name and an app-generated identity used to associate you with sessions and clubs. We do not require a password; identity is device-based.
• Session & gameplay data: sessions you create or join, queue positions, matches, scores, pairings, and rankings.
• Club & payment records: if you use club features, club membership and expense/payment records you enter.
• Purchase status: whether you have purchased the optional Pro upgrade (processed by the App Store / Google Play — we do not receive your payment card details).
• Device & usage data: basic technical and analytics data such as app version, device type, and anonymized usage events to improve the app.

How we use your information

• To run sessions — managing queues, rotating matches, and recording results.
• To provide statistics, history, rankings, and club management features.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the app, and to diagnose problems.
• To respond to support requests you send us.

Backend & storage (Supabase)

PaQueueKa stores data using Supabase (hosted PostgreSQL, authentication, and storage). Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and protected by row-level security policies. Supabase processes data on our behalf as a data processor.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics and error-monitoring tools to understand how the app is used and to detect crashes. These collect aggregated, anonymized usage and diagnostic data and are not used to identify you personally.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers that operate the app (such as Supabase and the app stores) and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law. Within a session or club, gameplay information (e.g. your display name, queue position, and results) is visible to other participants.

Data retention

We retain session and account data while your account is active and as needed to provide historical features (history, recaps, rankings). Old sessions may be subject to automated retention limits. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see below).

Your rights

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw from using the app at any time.

Children's privacy

PaQueueKa is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date on this page.
